- Control deployment environments (Development, UAT, Production)
- Access centralized governance and audit controls
2. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide, secure, and improve our Services. This falls into the following categories:
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
Account Registration Data: Full name, business name, email address, phone number, job title, and password (stored in encrypted form)
Business Information: Company details, industry type, business address, logo and branding assets
Billing Information: Subscription plan selection; payment processing is handled by third-party PCI-compliant processors — we do not store raw payment card data
Communications: Messages sent to our support team, feedback forms, and any content you share with us

Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (IDFV — Identifier for Vendor), and hardware specifications
Usage Data: Features accessed, screens viewed, session duration, tap events, and navigation patterns within the App

Authentication Tokens: Secure session tokens used to maintain your logged-in state

Camera: To scan QR codes or capture and upload business assets such as product images or logos
Photo Library: To select and upload images for your business profile or content within the platform

You may grant or revoke these permissions at any time via your device Settings. Revoking certain permissions may limit App functionality.
10. Analytics and Crash Reporting
We use analytics and crash reporting tools to understand how the App is used and to fix technical issues. These tools may collect non-personally identifiable information such as:
- Device type and operating system version
- App version and session duration
- Feature usage patterns and screen flows
- Crash logs and stack traces
The data collected through these tools is used exclusively to improve the App’s stability, performance, and user experience. We configure these tools to minimize the collection of personally identifiable information.
11. Children’s Privacy
Build4All Manager is an enterprise business management application intended exclusively for use by adults (18 years of age or older) who are authorized business owners, administrators, or platform operators. The App is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13 (or a higher age threshold where required by local law).
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the applicable minimum age, we will take prompt steps to delete such information. If you believe we may have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at privacy@build4all.net.
